KERI SYSTEMS PXL500/510

The KERI SYSTEMS PXL500/510 is a very power, sophisticated and high quality access control system. The PXL500/510 controller is based off of a RISC based multiprocessor platform. Its companion SB-593 Expansion Board, and high performance, low cost proximity readers make for the perfect control access system. The KERI SYSTEMS PXL500/510 has everything needed to be able to manage a single door, two reader ports, and an alarm output. It is possible to add a second door when using the SB-593 Satellite Expansion Board. The SBD-593 Satellite Expansion Board provides the extra general purpose inputs and outputs needed to control a second door.

The KERI SYSTEMS PXL500/510 is an extremely advanced proximity based access control system that is capable of managing a two hundred and fifty six door network at a single site. Or the system is capable of controlling two hundred and fifty six doors at multiple sites. The system is also capable of handling one single door. The system is extremely flexible. The KERI SYSTEMS PXL500/510 includes a metal enclosure that houses the power supply and battery. It is possible to lock the metal enclosure. It is possible to add RAM to the system to increase cardholder capacity. The system has increased in EEPROM memory to support future enhanced firmware capabilities.

The KERI SYSTEM PXL500/510 has improved the protection of the RS-485 circuitry. Relay protection has been added for arc suppression. On board diagnostic tests have been built into the controller firmware to make it easy to run diagnostic test right on the spot.
